Jean Raby, the thirty year old son of Jean, a judge, and of Jeanne
Ceillier, from Cravans in Saintonge, became the husband of the
fifteen year old Marie Dancause, on 18 February 1697, at Riviere-
Ouelle. This couple had no children.
