===Inheritance and Lands===On 9 Nov 1390, Isabeau was given her inheritance upon the division of the estate after the death of her mother, Marguerite d'Argenteuil:

On the estate of his mother Marguerite d'Argenteuil, wife of the late Miles de Maligny, and after the division with his brothers Gaucher de Maligny, knight, and Miles de Maligny, squire, fell to the said Isabeau:

:"The censives, payable on Saint-Rémi, to the value of thirty tournament sols"
