Jacques Marcot/Marcotte and his wife Marie Louise Beaudet had 3 sons with similar names: two named Jean François and one named Francois (but also referred at birth as Jean Francois). Two of the sons, Francois, born 1711, and his younger brother Jean Francois, born 1714, married two sisters: Marie Josephe Morisset and Marie Thérèse Morisset, both daughters of Mathurin Morissset and Marie Anne Tellier. The elder brother, Jean Francois, was born ~1705 and married Marie Élisabeth Motard, daughter of Louis Motard and Élisabeth Langlois.
