Hän kuoli vuonna 977. Dubrawka avioitui Meißenin maakreivin Günther von Merseburgin kanssa ja sai hänen kanssaan pojan, Ekkehardin, josta tuli myöhemmin Thüringenin herttua. Puolisonsa kuoleman jälkeen Dubrawka avioitui Puolan ruhtinaan Mieszko I:n kanssa. Ennen häitä Mieszkon oli kuitenkin otettava vastaan kristillinen kaste ja jätettävä vanha pakanallinen uskontonsa käännyttyään kristinuskoon. Tällä avioliitolla yhdistettiin slaavien Böömin ja Puolan herttuakunnat yhdeksi poliittiseksi kokonaisuudeksi. Dubrawkan ja Mieszkon avioliitosta syntyi Puolan ensimmäinen kuningas Boleslaw I Rohkea, ja tytär Swietoslawan kerrotaan pohjoismaisen saagan mukaan avioituneen Tanskan kuninkaan Sven Kaksiparran kanssa.
