Alix and her husband were legally separated because they were related within the prohibited degrees in 1186. ===Second Marriage===She married secondly, sometime before 1191, [[Angoulême-41|Aimar or Adémar III 'Taillefer', Comte d'Angoulême]], son of Guillaume VI 'Taillefer' Comte d'Angoulême, and his wife Emma de Limoges. Their only child was a daughter;#[[Angoulême-40|Isabelle]] (or Isabella), succeeded her father as Comtesse d'Angoulême, and married (1) John, King of England; (2) Hughes XI 'le Brun', Sire de Lusignan and had issue from both marriages.
